We manufacture 90 million precision plastic components a year during our seven-day, three-shift weeks. This all calls for top-quality machinery, which is why we work with fully automated Arburg and all-electric FANUC Roboshot machines of the latest generation. These ensure locking forces of up to 180 tonnes and shot weights of around 400 grams, regardless of whether small or large series are being manufactured. The machinery and equipment is programmed by our expert staff and monitored continuously.

We focus on precision, even in after-treatment: In our climatic chamber, with its six wire-mesh boxes, we condition your polyamide components spotlessly and fully automatically so that they attain the ideal moisture content. This results in components that have reliably constant technical properties for the highest possible, consistently controlled surface finish. In every single shipment.

We process every regular raw material, for instance all polyamides, polyoxymethylene (POM), polyetheretherketone (PEEK), polycarbonate, polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) or polysulphone.
