In the last analysis, quality is a question of inspection

Our products meet the highest standards, and that is something that we can prove in every case. We subject our tool making and our series production to rigorous, systematic and process-oriented quality controls: Every serial part is monitored in the CAQ system and by SPC, and the measurement data is evaluated.

We also measure difficult-to-assess areas with 3D-measuring machines or camera-based systems. Currently, the quality of injection moulded parts cannot be checked any more precisely than that, except in the final outgoing goods inspection. Only when the quality of our products has been accurately established will we release them for delivery. We guarantee the quality of our plastic precision parts.
